Details: The Mergis Group and one of our largest fortune 500 clients is hiring for Claims / Billing Auditors for a 3 - 6 month project. We are sourcing for candidates with high volume department experience whom are organized, upbeat and detail oriented.Industry: Claims / Billing / InsuranceContract: 3 - 6 month temporary assignment (with the ability for extension)Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00The responsibilities of the Bill / Claims Auditor will include: Reviews bills submitted by healthcare providers to determine accuracy and makes adjustments as needed. Research providers for potential PPO participation and manually enter provider demographic and pricing information into the bill review system. Manually apply PPO discounts to Worker’s Compensation medical bills where pricing is not loaded into the system. Assist with Accelerated Vendor Maintenance which includes attaching payment addresses to bills.
