Details: Constellation Private Duty, a growing private duty agency based in Norwalk, CT and servicing Fairfield and New Haven counties, is seeking an Operations Manager with management experience in a health care environment.  This position requires demonstrated leadership skills, business and decision making skills in addition to excellent communication, customer service and computer proficiency.  A Bachelor’s degree in management or health care concentration is preferred.  The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a fast paced environment with competing priorities.  Responsibilities include supervision of caregiver scheduling and placement, as well as hiring, orientation and training.  Actively participates in development and maintenance of policies and procedures and ensures that company processes are followed in a standardized manner.  Participates in the billing and payroll processes to assure accuracy.  Manages the referral process and client satisfaction programs and responds to patient complaints.
