Details: The Division Sales Director is a management level sales position responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Executives within their territory. They will be responsible for driving accountability, objective setting and coaching for sales executives at various levels. In addition, this role will also be responsible for revenue growth within assigned accounts, identifying and establishing profitable new target accounts for Manpower using strategic sales skills, and vertical market knowledge to build key client relationships. Must establish targets and strategies to meet sales quotas in assigned territory and/or accounts by identifying, prospecting, and selling new Manpower business. Responsible for leveraging existing contact base, networking, and prospecting for new business while applying superior salesmanship to win competitive opportunities. • Prior experience managing and coaching a team of dedicated sales professionals. • Ability to manage a team of sales people while simultaneously managing a book of business. • Proven experience in developing sales strategies and developing service and pricing proposals. • Proven experience to close accounts with opportunities ranging from yearly revenue of $2-3 million. • Strong knowledge and network of their territory and verticals. • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment. Able to engage others into taking action and able to convince others to purchase Manpower's services. • Proven success selling into complex sales environments. • Demonstrated ability to build long term client relationships at the mid to upper levels of an organization. • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quota on a consistent basis. • Experience negotiating complex contracts within the large company/client space. • Ability to identify and satisfy customer needs while skillfully understanding and overcoming objections. • Experience in solution oriented sales/closing techniques that involve complex deals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking experience delivering sales presentations to key client executives and stakeholders. • Aptitude to learn new things quickly and fully while adapting to change as needed to succeed. • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact, listen, influence and partner with executives and other high level decision makers. • Strong emphasis on communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. • PC and Internet skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
