We are sourcing for candidates with high volume department experience whom are organized, upbeat and detail oriented.Industry: Insurance / Business DevelopmentContract: 6 month temporary assignmentDescription:  Work with department managers to report monthly accruals  Review invoices and check requests  Sort and match invoices and check requests  Set invoices up for payment  Process check requests  Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments  Reconciliation of payments  Prepare analysis of accounts  Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date  Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries  Assist in month end closing  Check, verify and process invoices  Prepare payments for signature  Sort, code and enter accounts payable data  Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices  Maintain vendor files
